Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture.

Slice lemon, mince coriander, millet, and mince garlic.

Cut open the backs of the prawns, remove their intestines and wash them.

Boil the water in the pot until it bubbles, add the prawns, and soak for a few minutes until the prawns are cooked.

While the shrimps are cooking, prepare the sauce. Mix lemon slices, coriander, millet chili, minced garlic, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, Thai sweet chili sauce, and black vinegar.

Remove the cooked shrimps, drain the water and add to the sauce and mix well.
