Breakfast hot dog buns
Overview
I have been kneading bread by hand recently because I have a good kneading mat, and the bread machine is placed at a high point, so it is not that convenient to move it down. I force myself to knead the dough. I sit at work every day, and when I get home from get off work, I lie down again after eating. It is really necessary to move more. You have to stand while kneading the dough, and you have to use your arms hard. This exercise is good. After making the soft bread, you can eat it casually. It is so satisfying to eat the hot dog with a lot of ingredients, including crispy lettuce, fried crispy sausage, and hard-boiled eggs. Since there is no salad dressing and ketchup, I put a little pickle burger sauce on it, and it is also very delicious!
