  2. Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the chopped green onions until fragrant, add the beaten egg liquid, stir-fry and set aside. Eggs and green onions are a perfect match. Stir the egg liquid after putting it in the pan, so that the scrambled eggs will be more tender.
