Steamed meatloaf with pickled vegetables
Overview
There are many ways to make plum vegetables. They are delicious in stew, stew, soup, stuffing, braised pork, or stir-fried. Steaming into meatloaf is the most common way for Hakka people to eat it. It is especially suitable for the elderly and children at home. Most Hakka elders believe that plum vegetables are righteous, which means they are neither cold nor wet, nor dry nor hot, and can be eaten under any physical condition. Therefore, they are also a popular ingredient among home cooks.
