I used to use a bread machine to make toast, but after making it for a long time, I felt that it was no longer new. I recently bought two 450g toast molds and used this favorite bean paste toast to consecrate my new mold!

  1. Put all ingredients except butter and red bean paste into bread machine and knead for 30 minutes. Reserve a little egg yolk liquid for later use.

  12. Let the dough rise again until the mold is 8 minutes full, and brush with egg yolk liquid.

  13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, lower the rack, and bake up and down for 35 minutes. After the surface is colored, cover it with tin foil to prevent the surface from burning.
