Netted Pork Floss Salad Bun
Overview
I bought a new mesh knife. I tried using this knife to make the mesh bread with meat floss salad that my children love to eat. After the bread was baked, the child loved it very much. After cutting it, I was very surprised. The meat floss and salad dressing in the filling were all made by me. I must share some nutritious and delicious bread with everyone. You might as well give it a try when you have time.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare all the ingredients;
-
Mix the dough ingredients except butter and knead into a smooth dough;
-
Add butter and knead until expanded;
-
There is no need to knead out the glove film, just the expansion stage;
-
After kneading, cover with plastic wrap and ferment in a warm place for 2 to 2.5 times in size;
-
Take out the dough and deflate it. Divide the dough into four parts. One part weighs 100 grams and the remaining three parts have the same weight. After making a round shape, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes;
-
Cut the oil paper into large 22cm round pieces;
-
After the relaxation is completed, sprinkle a little hand flour on the cutting board and roll out three identical pieces of dough into 20cm large discs;
-
Place a large round piece on oil paper, sprinkle with a layer of pork floss and sesame seeds, and finally pour salad dressing on it, leaving a one centimeter margin on the edge;
-
Cover the second piece, sprinkle another layer of pork floss, sesame seeds and salad dressing, and cover the third piece;
-
Roll the reserved 95 grams of dough into a tongue shape;
-
Use a mesh knife to cut it from bottom to top into a mesh shape;
-
Spread the stretched net on the top layer;
-
Lift the oil paper, hold it up with your hands, put it into a round mold, cover it with plastic wrap and ferment for a second time until it doubles in size;
-
After fermentation, brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds;
-
Place in the middle shelf of a preheated 170-degree oven, turn the heat up and down for 20 to 25 minutes (cover the tin foil with the tin foil during the baking process), until the surface is golden brown;
