Crispy duck legs
Overview
Crispy duck legs were originally fried, but now you have an air fryer, which saves fuel and is healthy. The fried duck legs were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It was the first time I made it and the taste was a bit bland. It was good when dipped in cumin and sweet bean sauce.

After the water boils, add the seasonings

I made two flavors, one with dark soy sauce and the other with dark soy sauce and then a layer of sweet flour sauce. (The latter is more flavorful after frying, but it colors quickly and is easy to scorch

Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for 3 minutes, add the duck legs and fry for about 10 minutes, turning once in the middle
