Carrot leaf buns
Overview
Radish leaves have the effects of digestion, regulating qi, resolving phlegm, relieving cough, clearing the lungs and soothing the throat, dissipating blood stasis and reducing swelling. This is the time when fresh radish leaves are on the market. It’s a good idea to buy some and eat them with dried tofu, or make steamed buns.

Cut the meat into cubes, add light soy sauce and minced ginger and marinate for a while.

Fresh radish leaves, washed.

Boil the water, immediately remove the water, squeeze out the water and cut into cubes.

Add chopped green onions.

Add a little oyster sauce, vegetable oil, sea rice flour and salt to taste.

Stir evenly in one direction.

The noodles are ready.
