Stir-fried shredded king oyster mushrooms
Overview
Pleurotus eryngii is really popular in my family. It is obviously a vegetarian dish, but it tastes fresh and tasty, and is more enjoyable than eating meat. This time I tried the dry stir-fry method. It was so fragrant, especially delicious with rice!

Break the king oyster mushrooms apart and tear them into strips with your bare hands. You can make the strips thinner
