Bean skin and melon stems in oyster sauce
Overview
The pumpkins grown at home were harvested from the stems and made into a dish. The melon stems have a slightly thick fiber feel, the bean aroma and toughness of the bean skin, and the saltiness of the oyster sauce give this humble dish a special taste.
