Christmas tree cake
Overview
I’m not very good at decorating flowers, but I think this little star is simple and pretty. Although the cream cake I make every time is not very pretty, my daughter likes it and so do my friends. As long as they like it, it is the greatest happiness. After preparing the ingredients, separate the egg yolks and egg whites into two oil-free and water-free basins.

Add 20 grams of sugar to the egg yolk basin and mix well. Add corn oil and water and mix well.

Add sifted flour and mix well.

Beat the egg whites until coarse and add 1/3 of the 40 grams of sugar.

When beating until fine, add sugar for the second time.

When beating until rough texture, add the last sugar.

Finally beat until stiff peaks form. Pick up the egg beater and shape it into a short triangle shape.

Add one-third of the egg whites to the egg yolk batter and mix well using cutting and mixing techniques.

Pour it back into the egg white bowl and mix well. Use brisk movements without making circular motions.

Put the mixed cake batter into paper cups.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put it in the oven, adjust to 150 degrees and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Just insert the toothpick without sticking anything.

Add appropriate amount of sugar to the light cream and beat until clear texture. Add a little coloring and mix well.

Put into piping bag.

Just pipe the flowers in layers.
