Overview

The scientific name of the emperor's dish is chrysanthemum chrysanthemum, which we call northern chrysanthemum chrysanthemum. Compared with local chrysanthemum, its stems and leaves are slender and its taste is slightly lighter. Both the stems and leaves of Emperor's vegetable are edible.
