Tomato Beef Brisket Pot
Overview
One person can eat very high. I used to think that such a dish was a big dish. I'm used to cooking. I read magazines and cartoons and sit on the stove for a while and it's ready.

Materials are ready.

Boil the water in the pot and blanch the beef brisket.

Cut tomatoes into small pieces and onions into small pieces. Set aside.

Heat oil in a casserole and add ginger slices.

Add onions and stir-fry.

Add tomato slices and stir-fry.

Fry tomatoes until soft.

Add water and bring to a boil.

Add beef brisket.

Add appropriate amount of tomato sauce, cooking wine and light soy sauce, reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour. Use chopsticks to hold the pot lid up to prevent spillage.

After the beef brisket is stewed, add a little salt to taste and simmer for about 20 minutes.
