Potato Braised Pork Ribs
Overview
I have been eating homemade potato braised pork ribs for many years. The potato noodles are stewed, and the pork ribs are also soft and delicious. When I was young, a dish like this was only available during the Chinese New Year. It could go with a big bowl of rice, and even the soup was included in the end. Stop talking and serve. . . .

Steps
-
Ingredients: Pork ribs, potatoes, green onions, and ginger.
-
Put the pork ribs in a pot under cold water and add 10 grams of cooking wine. After boiling, skim off the blood foam, then take it out and set aside.
-
Cut the onions into sections, slice the ginger, pierce the potatoes with the root of the knife, then pull the knife out, and the potatoes will be divided into pieces.
-
Heat the oil in the pan, add the ribs and stir-fry until the ribs turn light yellow.
-
Add cooking wine, stir-fry, add light soy sauce, stir-fry, then add dark soy sauce and stir-fry.
-
After the ribs are evenly colored, add aniseed and peppercorns, stir-fry, add green onions and ginger slices, and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Pour in boiling water that covers the ribs, add hawthorn slices, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
-
After 30 minutes, add potato cubes.
-
The potatoes in the noodles contain more starch, so the soup will become thicker. When the potatoes are mature, add sugar and salt to taste and serve.
