Mix egg yolks and sugar by hand

Add lemon juice to the egg whites

Take 1/3 of the egg white batter and add it to the egg yolk batter and mix well

Add all the egg yolk batter into the egg white batter and mix well

Put it into the mold, flatten the surface, shake it a few times and put it into the oven, middle and lower layers, 180 degrees, 30-35 minutes

After coming out of the oven, shake it a few times and immediately flip it upside down
