Marinate the steak: Rub a layer of olive oil on the beef, then sprinkle evenly with salt, and finally sprinkle with a layer of black pepper. Turn the beef over and sprinkle with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for half an hour. (Note: Don’t sprinkle too much salt, as you will need to pour the soup on it later.)

Prepare ingredients 1: Chop onions and garlic, cut carrots and cucumbers into flower shapes for decoration, spaghetti, and a small bowl of tomato sauce.

Prepare ingredient 2: Cut tomatoes into cubes and set aside.

Put the tomatoes into a juicer, add a little water, and make tomato puree. Set aside.

Make the sauce: put a little olive oil in the pot; add the chopped onions and garlic until fragrant; pour in the squeezed tomato puree; add a little salt; add an appropriate amount of sugar. Finally, add a little water starch to make a thicker tomato-flavored sauce.

This is the prepared tomato sauce, set aside.

Cook the pasta: Boil the water for eight minutes and set aside.

Fry the steak: The oil must be hot. After the oil is hot, add olive oil, add the steak and fry for three minutes, flip it over and fry for another three minutes, that is, fry the front and back sides for three minutes each. (Note: I used an electric pan to fry it. You can also fry it in a pan. The frying time is very important. It will become stale over time. Personally, I think it only takes three minutes to fry each side after the oil is hot. It will be very tender. Of course, you can also decide the frying time according to the size of your steak.)

Heat the steak plate on the gas stove; add cooked pasta, fried poached eggs, fried steak, carrot flowers, cucumber flowers, and finally pour the prepared tomato sauce. You're done.
