Usually when I eat tomato noodles, I basically boil the noodles in water, and then mix them with tomatoes and eggs. Today I also changed the way.

Prepare ingredients

Make a cross on the top of the tomatoes and blanch them in hot water.

Cool and peel

Heat the oil, sauté the onions and ginger until fragrant, add the diced tomatoes and stir-fry.

Add salt and appropriate amount of water
