Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices, wash and remove the starch.

Add a small amount of oil, sauté the onions, add the potato slices and stir-fry.

Fry until the potato slices are translucent, add water and bring to a boil over high heat.

Add a little bit of water to the flour and stir into lumps.
