Soak the soybeans for more than 8 hours

Prepare chili sauce, cold soy sauce, cut coriander into sections, and chop mustard. If you like shrimp, you can add shrimp

Put it into a food processor to make soy milk and squeeze out the bean dregs

Pour into the rice cooker and bring to a boil, leave the lid open and cook for another 3 minutes. Turn off the power, open the lid and let it cool for 1 minute in winter and 3-4 minutes in summer. The temperature will be between 85 and 90 degrees

Prepare a bowl, pour 10 ml of warm water, add 2 grams of lactone, stir with a spoon to fully dissolve
