A very simple muffin cake that tastes soft, haha!

Pour milk and vegetable oil into a bowl.

Add the beaten egg liquid and mix well.

Pour the evenly mixed flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and raisins into the mixed egg mixture.

Stir until moist.

Immediately put into the mold, 1/2 full, and place in the preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake on the middle layer with upper and lower heat for about 15 minutes. (Ovens vary, adjust the temperature according to the oven)
