Cut the tenderloin into thin strips.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded pork and stir-fry to remove fat.

Add red pepper and chopped green onion and stir-fry together.

Add salt and five-spice powder and dark soy sauce to taste.

Stir in a little white sesame seeds to add flavour.

I stir-fry a little more at a time so that I can mix it with various cold dishes in the summer and it has a nice aroma of shredded pork.

I stir-fry it more salty so that I can add shredded pork to the vegetables at any time.
