Steam taro and purple sweet potato, add a little condensed milk and press into puree.

I like the ones with granules (if I like the ones with a delicate texture, add some milk and beat it with a wall breaker).

Stir together milk and oil.

Add in low-gluten flour and mix, then add in egg yolk.

Add the egg whites to the sugar (add the sugar twice) and beat.

Beaten egg whites.

Fold the beaten egg whites into the batter in two batches.

Place the mixed batter into a baking pan (lined with paper) and scrape it evenly.

Place in the oven and bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes, then take out and let cool.

Spread the taro paste filling on the cake body.

Roll into rolls and refrigerate for an hour.
