Add a few drops of soy sauce, or you can skip it. Add soy sauce just to enhance the color.

Beat in eggs.

Use chopsticks to stir evenly.

Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot, heat it over high heat, pour in the egg liquid, and fry over medium heat until golden brown.

Turn over and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
