It’s been a long time since I wrote a recipe. I made this seafood soup today and it was really delicious and sweet, so I posted it to share with you all! 😊😊

  3. Cut the carrots into shreds. It is better to make the ingredients shorter and have the same length to look more coordinated. I cut them a bit long here. Cut the enoki mushrooms into 1 cm length; I bought the dried scallops ready-made, if not, soak the scallops in cold water and press them into shreds; cut the crab leg meat into strips; mince the shrimp; remove the bones from the tofu fish and cut it into 5 mm wide shreds; cut the celery into beads.   5. After the chicken soup comes to a boil, add shredded carrots and enoki mushrooms and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat!

  7. minute after the soup boils, add MSG, chicken powder, fish sauce, and then add starch to water to thicken the starch water. Use medium heat when thickening.
