Today I went home to make some steamed buns. I followed the recipe of Zhibao’s mother, who loves food, and learned how to make steamed buns!

  1. Prepare fillings: green vegetables and minced pork

  5. Add milk or water and yeast to the medium flour and mix into a smooth dough

  6. After the dough has rested for 5 minutes, roll it into a rectangular shape

  8. Roll it out into a rectangular shape again and fold it, repeat this at least 6 times

  10. Roll it up from one end, flatten the tail into a cylinder, and then roll it into a uniform long strip from the middle
