Grilled Lamb with Seasonal Vegetables
Overview
My husband likes to eat mutton, so this time I made roast mutton. I think pure mutton is too greasy, so I added some seasonal vegetables and roasted it together. It is nutritious and delicious.

Cut the mutton into small pieces and cut the onion and ginger into sections

Add onion, ginger, barbecue sauce, salt, cooking wine, cumin powder, and pepper powder to the mutton

Mix thoroughly and marinate for more than 2 hours

Cut the remaining vegetables into small pieces

Mix well with salt, cumin powder and Sichuan pepper powder and marinate

Line a baking sheet with tin foil, place the vegetables first, then add the lamb

Preheat the oven, cover the baking sheet with a piece of tin foil, and bake at 190 degrees for 30 minutes

Remove the tin foil on top and bake at 220 degrees for about 30 minutes, turning once in the middle to drain off the water.
