Purple potato burger buns
Overview
It’s just been made and it’s still steaming! I planted a few purple sweet potatoes this year and they are growing very well. I always want to use them to make some delicious food. No, the kids wanted to eat burgers. A little bit of the purple sweet potato that was steamed at noon was added to the noodles to make a burger base. Unexpectedly, it was super soft and delicious, which was surprising!

Steps
-
Put all the ingredients into a bread machine. Purple sweet potato puree is steamed purple sweet potato. Add some water and use a food processor to puree it
-
Use the kneading program to knead the dough. I kneaded it for 30 minutes
-
Leave it in a warm place to ferment. Use your fingers to poke a hole in the middle. If it doesn't shrink back, it means it's fermented
-
Take out the dough and divide it into six small doughs
-
Sprinkle a little flour, fully release the gas, knead into a small dough, and place it on a baking sheet for secondary fermentation
-
Ferment until almost doubled in size, brush with a layer of egg wash, and sprinkle with white sesame seeds
-
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for five minutes and bake for about 15 minutes
-
Just after it was baked, my dad wanted to try it. It was really soft and delicious, and it also had a light purple color, which greatly increased my appetite!
