Egg, cabbage and vermicelli pie

Fragrant cabbage, paired with eggs, and some vermicelli to make a stuffed pie, very delicious. This pie is also healthy.

Add water to wheat flour and make a dough and let it rest for a while.

Wash and chop the bok choy.

Add a little salt and stir evenly to kill the moisture.

Heat the oil in a pan, fry the eggs and set aside to cool.

Soak the vermicelli until soft and chop into pieces.

Squeeze out the water from the Chinese cabbage, put the Chinese cabbage into a container, add sesame oil, soy sauce, salt, green onions, ginger, and vermicelli and mix well.

Add eggs and mix well to form pie filling.
