Homemade octopus balls
Overview
Crispy shell, chewy and delicious little octopus when you bite into it. If you like, you can put some other meat floss, seaweed and the like. It tastes delicious when dipped in tomato sauce. Sometimes I really want to eat it

Mix eggs, starch, flour, baking powder, salt and water into a paste and let it sit for 1 hour

Dice the onion and blanch the octopus into small pieces. Remove the bonito flakes and set aside

Brush the inner wall of the small meatball pan with oil, pour the batter almost 70% full, and add the octopus and onions

First turn it 90 degrees, shape it and then roll it into a round shape

Finally, put the bonito flakes on top of the dipping sauce
