Soak the glutinous rice in water one day in advance

Marinate the diced lean meat with light soy sauce and cooking wine to add flavor and set aside.

Add the soaked glutinous rice, diced lean meat, corn kernels, green beans, carrots, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and salt, stir evenly, and marinate for flavor. (I marinated it overnight)

For salted duck eggs, make a small hole at the top, pour out the egg whites, and stuff them with marinated glutinous rice until they are eight minutes full. Press it gently with your fingers, gently. The first time I pressed it, it was too tight. After steaming, it was too hard and not delicious.

Wrap in tin foil, steam in a pot with cold water, first on high heat, then turn to medium-low after it is steamed up, for one hour
