Who says rabbits don’t eat grass on the edge of their nests? The rabbits here like to eat shredded carrots on the edges of their nests. Isn’t it cute (⊙o⊙)?

Boil one egg, remove the shell and set aside

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and five-spice powder

Put the eggs into the mold, put a little oil in the pot, fry them and set aside.

One carrot, cut into shreds using a mold. Put it in a pot and cook until the water is removed. Remove and cool, then add chicken essence, dark soy sauce, salt, pepper, and chili oil for cold mixing.

Put on a plate, cut a red pepper into three petals, arrange them into petals, put them on top of the fried eggs, and drop a small amount of oyster sauce as the leaves of the flowers.
