Kimchi soup
Overview
This soup is slightly spicy and sour, and very tasty. I prefer the original taste because of its light taste, so I didn’t add any salt or MSG!

First fry the pork belly until golden brown on both sides, add onion and sauté until fragrant, add kimchi and stir-fry for two minutes, pour in rice water and bring to a boil~

Add Korean soybean paste, tofu, potatoes, green onions~

Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes~

Then add soybean sprouts and enoki mushrooms in sequence~
