  1. Wash and cut the hairtail, add cooking wine, sugar, pepper, shredded ginger and minced garlic, marinate for about 2 hours

  2. Add an egg to the flour, then slowly add water, use chopsticks to stir into a thick paste, do not stir vigorously, otherwise the hairtail fish will not be contained
