Leftover noodle cakes
Overview
When eating noodles every day, if you don’t finish the noodles, what should you do with the remaining noodles? It would be a pity to throw them away, haha. Why not use them to make breakfast pancakes for the next morning? I remember my mother often did this when I was a child, and it was very delicious

Pour the leftover noodles into the basin

Add a small amount of water, eggs, salt, chicken essence, thirteen spices, chopped green onion, stir well

Add appropriate amount of flour and mix well

After the oil in the pan is heated, add an appropriate amount of batter (don’t add too much, because the batter will have to be pressed into thin sheets later)

Fry one side until slightly browned, then flip over and fry the other side
