Yesterday I made preserved fruit bread and today I baked flower rolls. Materials are the same.

Make the dough, beat 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sugar, chopped apricots, and a little yeast into the flour. Mix dough with milk, stir, knead into dough, and ferment for 5 hours. Normal temperature.

After the dough has risen, knead it into 8 small buns, roll it out, apply olive oil, roll it up, cut it into sections, and shape it into flower rolls with your hands.

Brush the baking sheet clean and grease it with sunflower oil. Arrange the flower rolls evenly. Let rise for 10 minutes.

Oven settings: upper and lower heat, 180 degrees, bake for 16 minutes.
