Pork Ribs and Longan Pork with Tomato Sauce
Overview
This dish is purely based on my personal dietary preferences. It has a moderate salty taste and the sweet and sour taste of tomatoes and longan meat. It is definitely a delicious dish for those who love sweet and sour food. Longan is the meat of longan when it is fresh and can be eaten. It contains nutrients such as sugar, protein and various vitamins. Especially the sugar content is very high, and it also contains glucose that can be directly absorbed by the human body. For those who are weak and anemic, old and frail, and chronically ill, eating longan regularly is very beneficial. For women after childbirth, longan is also an important tonic food. However, people who want to lose weight and those with high blood sugar and blood lipids can ignore it.
