First separate the egg whites and yolks;

Pour the egg yolks and 10g of fine sugar together and beat together;

Pour the egg yolks and egg whites together and mix evenly;

Sift in the flour and cornstarch and mix evenly by hand;

Put it into a piping bag and pipe it onto a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper;

Preheat the oven ahead of time. Bake at 175 degrees for 10 minutes on quick heat setting
