Fried green beans with black pepper
Overview
Green beans are one of my favorite vegetables. They are very refreshing and delicious whether stir-fried or paired with other ingredients.

Cut the pepper into sections, mince the garlic cloves and tempeh;

Cut the green beans into dices with a diagonal knife; that's it.

Blanch the green beans until they are tender. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 teaspoons of oil when blanching so that the beans are greener and brighter. Remove and drain the water;

Heat the pot, add oil and dried pepper segments, and stir-fry over low heat to bring out the color;

Change to high heat, add minced garlic and black bean paste, sauté until fragrant;

Pour in the blanched green beans, add 1/2 teaspoon of refined salt and 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, add cooking wine, and mix evenly.
