Pour milk into the rose petals and soak them. (It’s best to soak overnight for a stronger flavor), seal and store in the refrigerator.

Boil water over high heat, pour in sago dew, cook until you see the little white heart, turn off the heat and simmer until completely transparent, add cold water and set aside.

Drain the milk from the rose petals, add sugar and boil.

Add light cream, stir evenly, add gelatine that has been soaked in ice water and stir evenly.

Then filter it.

Pour into a cup covered with sago, cover, and refrigerate for more than four hours.

Take it out, crush the petals and sprinkle it on top, cut some fruit to decorate! A delicious dessert is ready!
