Stir-fried Bacon and Celery ♥Bacon! Not just New Year dishes 1
Overview
Utilize the characteristic of celery that "it's easy to be lazy" ~ Instead of tearing off the old celery stems, it's better to cut off the stems vertically and cut into thin slices. On the one hand, you can add more dietary fiber and save less food waste.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Slice the bacon into strips; slice the garlic and set aside
-
Celery stack alignment
-
The thinner the slices, the better (the knife can be cut quickly and the old stems can be cut cleanly)
-
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bacon until fragrant (left before/right after)
-
Add garlic slices and saute until fragrant
-
Change to high heat, add celery slices, pour wine and stir-fry, add salt to taste, and remove from the pot. ♥Add a little hot water to stir-fry it to make the taste more vivid.
-
♥ Use ready-made sliced bacon vacuum bags, and there are different options of fat and thin. If you can’t finish it, freeze it for storage (picture on the right).
