Spring and summer are the most beautiful seasons for eating clams. The clams are big, fat, and the meat is delicious. They are quite enjoyable to eat. Usually clams are usually fried, but roasted with chopped peppers and a lot of garlic is also quite delicious. It is spicy with garlic and has the delicious taste of the clam itself. It is even more delicious when paired with a glass of beer. After eating the clams, the enoki mushrooms below have absorbed the clams' soup, which makes it more spicy and fresh.
