Braised chicken feet with mushrooms
Overview
Chicken feet are rich in collagen and have a higher fat content than pig feet; so girls who want to supplement collagen but are afraid of high fat can choose chicken feet. Mushrooms and star anise are used to enhance the flavor. The taste is slightly spicy and the fragrance of the mushrooms is very appetizing during meals. It can also be used as a side dish for drinks or banquets, and the marinade can be used to mix noodles or bibimbap.
