Tofu and Mushroom Soup
Overview
Tofu is a cheap and delicious delicacy. There are many kinds of public methods. Today we simply fry it and pair it with vegetables in a soup. It is very delicious.

Cut the tofu into cubes and fry in oil pan. Put a little salt.

Fry until the skin is crispy, remove and set aside.

Cool and set aside.

Wash the oyster mushrooms and tear them into pieces with your hands.

Remove the roots from the enoki mushrooms, break them into pieces and set aside.

Boil water and add halal mushrooms and oyster mushrooms first.

Add onion, ginger and garlic. Add fried tofu.

Turn up the heat and bring to a boil.

Add salt and chicken essence and simmer over medium heat for five minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion.
