Cranberry Milk Steamed Egg
Overview
My mother-in-law is old and her diet requires eating smaller meals more frequently. Therefore, there must be snacks between two meals. In order for her to eat more comfortably, the snacks are often changed. Milk steamed custard will also be made for her occasionally. Taking care of the elderly is like taking care of children, it requires a lot of thought and effort.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Buy fresh milk, boil it and let it cool
-
Egg white and yolk separation
-
Add the egg whites to the cooled milk and mix thoroughly
-
Strain through a mesh sieve. The filtered custard will be more delicate when steamed.
-
Pour the filtered egg milk liquid into the bowl. Do not pour it too full, otherwise it will not be easy to steam through, or the outside will become old and the inside will not be transparent
-
After the water boils, steam over medium heat for 8 minutes. Use a spoon handle to create a gap on the side so that water vapor does not flow into the bowl. You can also cover the bowl with plastic wrap, but I think this is safer and more natural.

Take out the steamed custard and sprinkle it with some dried cranberries, or your favorite dried fruit or fruit. You can also make it salty
