Wash the yams, peel them and cut them into small pieces

Cook the yams (of course in the microwave for convenience hahaha)

Use a rolling pin to grind the yam into yam paste

Add two tablespoons of tapioca flour and mix well

Cut into small cylindrical pieces

Soak the red beans in advance

Add water to the food processor and smash (Oh, I added some red dates for sweetness)

Go into the pot and cook slowly over low heat

In another pot, add the prepared yam and taro balls and cook

If you like the taste, you can add a little sago

Put the sago in a pot of boiling water, cook until translucent and then simmer until cooked. Add the taro balls and sago to the cooked bean paste!
