Fried Rice with Mustard Squid Rolls

Dice carrots, mushrooms, squid rolls, mustard mustard and set aside

Put the rice in a clean plastic bag, beat three egg yolks into the rice, and knead the rice and egg yolks evenly with your hands. Place the egg whites in another bowl.

Put oil in the pot, scramble the egg whites, set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add carrots, mushrooms and mustard and stir-fry

Add the rice mixed with egg yolk and stir-fry evenly until the grains are distinct

Add the fried egg white and squid rolls

Turn off the heat, add chicken essence, drizzle with sesame oil, and stir-fry evenly. Remove from pan and plate
