Steps
-
Slice onions, mince garlic, and slice ginger. Children don’t like ginger so it’s easier to jump out
-
Beat the eggs, add a few drops of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell, add 1 small tablespoon of water to soften the eggs, and stir evenly
-
Put oil in the pot, add the egg liquid to 40% heat, and spread it into slices. After the egg liquid is 90% solidified, turn off the heat and use the remaining heat to fry the eggs, so that the eggs will be very tender
-
Put oil in the pot, add ginger slices, stir-fry over low heat until fragrant
-
Add the minced garlic and continue to stir-fry over low heat
-
Add soybean paste and cooking wine, stir-fry over low heat, add chopped green onion, light soy sauce and continue to stir-fry over low heat
-
Add egg slices and stir-fry evenly. Turn off the heat, add chicken essence, and drizzle with sesame oil
-
Take it out of the pan and put it on a plate
