Cut the lamb tripe into shreds, and cut the carrots and green pepper into shreds. Prepare all the ingredients.

Sauté the onions and garlic with a small amount of base oil until fragrant, add carrots and green peppers and stir-fry for a few times, add mutton bone soup, appropriate amount of boiling water, and shredded mutton tripe. Bring to a boil and add salt to taste.
