Soak one baby cabbage, half garlic and a handful of vermicelli in cold water until soft

Wash the baby cabbage and cut it vertically into strips for later use

Mince half the garlic and set aside

Boil water and blanch the baby cabbage in the pot

After blanching, add more water to the baby cabbage several times, drain it and set aside

Soak the vermicelli on the baby cabbage

Put a little oil in the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry until golden brown, add a little seafood soy sauce, stir-fry until it is ready

Place the fried minced garlic on the vermicelli and steam it on the steamer for 10 minutes

Bring oil to a boil and pour it over the steamed vermicelli and baby vegetables

Add a little seafood soy sauce and it's done. It's ready to serve.
