  1. Wash and dice the meat and set aside

  2. Add one-third teaspoon of salt, one-quarter teaspoon of chicken powder, and pepper, mix well and marinate for five minutes, then add one teaspoon of cornstarch, mix well, and set aside!

  3. Chop coriander, mince ginger and garlic, cut chili into sections, chili powder, Sichuan peppercorns, white sesame seeds, set aside

  4. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it until it is 50% hot. Break up the diced meat until it changes color and take it out
