Spicy Pork Diced
Overview
The diced pork is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with red chili peppers and numbing Sichuan peppercorns. It’s great with wine and food!

Wash and dice the meat and set aside

Add one-third teaspoon of salt, one-quarter teaspoon of chicken powder, and pepper, mix well and marinate for five minutes, then add one teaspoon of cornstarch, mix well, and set aside!

Chop coriander, mince ginger and garlic, cut chili into sections, chili powder, Sichuan peppercorns, white sesame seeds, set aside

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan and heat it until it is 50% hot. Break up the diced meat until it changes color and take it out

When the oil is heated to 70% heat again, fry the diced meat until golden brown (about two minutes on high heat, it will get old if it takes too long), take it out and set aside

Leave some oil in the pot and sauté the Sichuan peppercorns until fragrant

Add minced ginger, minced garlic and chili pepper segments and stir-fry until fragrant

Pour in the diced pork and stir-fry

Add chopped coriander and chili powder and stir-fry evenly

Add white sesame seeds
